FTV MMA hosts an Open Ship

From Guest Blogger Carlos E. Avila | Assistant Director of Admissions
Captain Bushy welcome students from Puerto Rico
Today day was a great day aboard the TS Kennedy. MMA hosted an Open Ship event and welcomed aboard students from the four corners of Puerto Rico. MMA Cadets organized tour routes and enlisted cadet guides for a group of nearly 100 students. A highlight of the event was a welcome greeting from Captain Thomas Bushy who introduced himself, the ship and answered the many questions from the student visitors.

Carlos E. Avila and MMA cadets lead the students on the tour.
The students had a great time learning and our cadets truly showed why we are one of the top schools in the country. We would like to thank the Antilles School, Caribbean School, Ramey School for bringing their best students to such a unique opportunity. We look forward to hosting another event in San Juan in the years to come.
